Oracle Support Specialist

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Oracle Fusion, OIC and WMS applications.
- Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion, OIC and WMS applications to ensure their smooth functioning and integration into business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of Oracle Fusion, OIC and WMS applications.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Fusion, OIC and WMS applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion, OIC and WMS tools and technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system functionality
- Support and train end-users on the proper use of Oracle Fusion, OIC and WMS applications.
- Work closely with the project management team to plan and execute Oracle Fusion, OIC and WMS related projects.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion, OIC and WMS applications and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any potential issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve any technical issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Fusion, OIC and WMS, and providing make recommendations for implementation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data security and confidentiality.
Education and/or Experience
- Understanding of business operations in manufacturing, supply chain, financials, distribution and 1P and 3PL business models.
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, Oracle WMS and payment platforms highly desired.
- Scripting, SQL, PS/SQL, PowerShell, Batch, Low Code / No Code development
- Prior experience with PowerBI or analytics reporting tools.
- Knowledge of cloud technology design patterns, security concepts, database management, and web platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, software engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Awareness of and the ability to use a wide variety of software solutions and tools to affect change.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in non-technical terms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task. Awareness of and the ability to use a wide variety of software solutions.
- Project management and teamwork skills.
Typical pay for this position is $75,000-$85,000/year. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected.
