Job Summary:

The Marketing Communications Manager will create and execute all marketing communications strategies for all GDM brands in the North America territory.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and delivery of integrated marketing communication plans that contribute to achieving the commercial objectives for the organization.
  • Work in partnership with brand managers and sales teams to design and execute comprehensive marketing communications plans for key product segments and cross-business strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain detailed customer profiles for each brand by identifying key target segments, such as farmers, distributors and agri-retailers. Conduct market research and continuously refine customer personas based on the need, behavior and feedback.
  • Design, execute and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as a critical partner for product marketing team, developing a deep understanding of portfolio and product objectives, brand value propositions and target customers.
  • Ensure cohesiveness between overlapping brands.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business and/or related field.
  • A minimum of five years of marketing communications experience with demonstrated expertise in creating, positioning and launching brands in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
