Job Title: Software Engineer

Purpose of Position

You are a Software Engineer who's exploring what's out there for a new career, we'd love for you to read further about what Frasca has to offer.

Tasks and Responsibilities

In your role, you would be part of a software development team using C#, C++, and .NET technologies and working with engineers from several different disciplines.

You would participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle: clarifying requirements, breaking down tasks, supporting scheduling, designing software, coding, integrating with simulation hardware, testing, troubleshooting, fixing bugs, writing documentation, releasing software, supporting installation, and correcting post-deployment issues.

• We are looking for someone with demonstrated skills in C# and Object-Oriented Design, with at least 2 years of direct work experience (5 or more years' relevant experience for Senior Level).
• A B.S. in Computer Science or other closely related field is required.
• Prior experience in C++ helpful.

Because of the collaborative nature of this position, we would expect you to work from our Urbana, Illinois office. Relocation allowance provided.
