What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards: Partner with the retail sales leadership team to develop clear, actionable sales dashboards aligned with performance goals and service expectations.
• Identify growth opportunities: Conduct data mining within CRM systems and external sources to uncover untapped sales potential and support customer acquisition efforts.
• Monitor CRM engagement: Track and encourage consistent usage across teams while developing best practices that drive strong CRM adoption and user accountability.
• Analyze and report insights: Generate regular reporting for the retail leadership team on sales performance, customer engagement, and CRM activity to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, IT, and retail leadership to ensure analytics and CRM tools support broader organizational strategies.
• Train and empower staff: Provide training and support on dashboards and CRM usage, promoting confidence, consistency, and high service standards across all retail locations.
• Drive continuous improvement: Evaluate current processes and propose enhancements to CRM workflows and analytics systems that streamline operations and boost performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales analytics, CRM management, or retail sales support.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to data accuracy, service excellence, and continuous learning.

• Working knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, timely work.
• Ability to occasionally work at various locations within driving distance.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
