Job Skills / Requirements

ESS Clean, Inc. is hiring dependable Evening Cleaning Associates for locations throughout the Champaign-Urbana area. Need just one or two evenings a week for some extra income? Looking for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule? We have a schedules that will fit into your life!

Tuesday & Friday – Laboratory/Professional Facility

• Tuesday: approximately 2.25 hours
• Friday: approximately 3.5 hours
• Detail-oriented cleaning in a professional laboratory environment
• Great for someone who takes pride in consistency and doing things right

Friday Only

• Approximately 3 hours
• One shift per week
• An easy way to add a few extra hours to your week without committing to multiple evenings

Monday–Friday – Evening Cleaning

• 5:30–8:30 PM
• 3 hours per evening
• Consistent weekday schedule
• Professional environment with clear cleaning expectations

Monday, Wednesday & Friday – Evening Cleaning

• Approximately 1 hour per evening
• Start after 7:00 PM
• Professional bank environment
• A short, predictable schedule that's easy to fit around another job, school, or daytime commitments

What You'll Do

Depending on the location, responsibilities may include:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Cleaning restrooms and common areas
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Wiping and disinfecting surfaces
• Keeping assigned areas clean, organized, and presentable
• Following site-specific cleaning procedures and security expectations

You don't need professional cleaning experience—we'll train you! We're looking for people who:
