Part-Time Evening Facility Care Specialist

Pay: $15.00 per hourSchedule: Weekdays | 5:30 PM–8:30 PMPosition: Part-Time

ESS Clean is looking for a dependable Facility Care Specialist to help keep a customer facility clean, orderly, and ready for the next day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in knowing their work directly contributes to a positive environment for our customers.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the assigned facility through tasks such as:

• Caring for restrooms, offices, break areas, and common spaces
• Maintaining floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Removing waste and replacing liners
• Cleaning and disinfecting frequently used surfaces
• Replenishing necessary facility supplies
• Completing assigned tasks according to established procedures
• Checking that the facility is properly secured at the end of the shift
• Maintaining the professional appearance of the customer's facility

What Makes You a Good Fit?

We're looking for someone who:

• Is dependable and follows through on commitments
• Works carefully and pays attention to the small details
• Can stay productive without constant supervision
• Takes responsibility for the quality of their work
• Understands the importance of professionalism and customer service
• Has reliable transportation
• Can lift up to 50 pounds

No previous professional cleaning experience is required. We provide training!
