Full-Time Flex Custodian – Champaign-Urbana Area | ESS Clean

We’re currently hiring a Full-Time Flex Custodian to support multiple client locations throughout the Champaign-Urbana area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in different settings.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel between assigned facilities to provide cleaning coverage as needed
• Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and expectations
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces to maintain safe, healthy environments
• Clean restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Handle trash and recycling according to site guidelines
• Step in for call-offs, schedule gaps, or special cleaning needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and flexible with scheduling and locations
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in your work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable adapting to different environments and expectations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
