Job Title: Custodial Cleaner (Urbana)

ESS Clean is seeking dedicated Custodial Cleaners to join our growing team in Urbana. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to supplement their income.

Available Schedules:

• Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (5-hour shift)
• Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (5-hour shift)

Starting Pay: $17/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and remove trash to designated disposal areas
• Dust, wipe, and disinfect furniture, fixtures, windows, and glass doors
• Clean and restock restrooms (paper products, soap, feminine supplies)
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in common areas and offices
• Maintain cleaning equipment, carts, and supply closets
• Order and restock cleaning and paper supplies as needed
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to the Area Manager
• Record communications in logbook and interact professionally with customers
• Operate floor buffer and/or scrubber when required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
