Custodial Cleaners (Champaign, IL)
Pay Rate: $15-$16/hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 2, 3 & 4-hour shifts, with a start time of 5:00pm or after.

JOB TITLE: GENERAL CLEANER

ESS Clean is currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team. This role offers a consistent schedule, 2, 3, or 4-hour shifts in the Champaign-Urbana area. Most of our cleaning is done in offices, banks, medical facilities or schools. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on work environment and would to supplement their income. Starting pay is $15-$16/hr. If this is you, we want to meet you.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Collect trash from waste containers and take collected trash outside to a dumpster.
• Dust surfaces, damp wipe furniture, clean and polish metal surfaces, clean window, and door glass.
• Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures; restock restroom dispensers (paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, feminine products); mop restroom floors.
• Dust mop or damp mop floors in entrances, lobbies halls, lounges, and other areas.
• Vacuum carpet, furniture, or floors.
• Maintain equipment, carts, and supply closets in a clean, orderly manner.
• Order and restock cleaning supplies and paper products as needed.
• Identify and report unsafe/unsanitary conditions, equipment repairs, and other problems to Area Manager.
• Communicate with customers via logbook.
• May be required to run floor buffer and/or floor scrubber.
• Perform other related duties as required.
