NOW HIRING for an Administrative Assistant

Application Deadline: Feb 15th 2026, position starts mid-March. Applicants reviewed immediately.

Apply at DelightFlowerFarm.com through this google form.

Position Description: The person in this role is responsible for detailed behind-the-scenes organizational tasks, including customer communication, creating reports, event preparation, making marketing materials, and supporting specific sales channels of the farm including CSA, farm stand, DIY buckets, farmers markets, wholesale, and farm tours, etc.

This role requires someone with strong organizational and computer skills, who is self-motivated, and has superb attention to details and timelines. This person should have a good balance of confidence working independently and be comfortable taking direction/working closely with farm management.

This is a permanent (year round) part-time position. Regularly 6-15 hours per week, sometimes a bit more depending on farm demands. Work will be a hybrid of in-office and remote work. Starting wage is $20/hr+ depending upon experience. This is not an internship position. Although there are lots of learning opportunities on the farm, the person fulfilling this role must come with a strong admin skillset already. Occasionally there may be opportunities to help with field work, deliveries, and events, but this is not a “play with flowers” position. Must have reliable transportation, a computer, and internet connection.
