We’re currently looking to grow our team of Project/Account Managers!

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position is responsible for all customer account management activities and will be ‘the face’ of the company to customers.

SALARY

$50,000 TO $65,000 annually, depending on education and experience

REQUIREMENTS

High School/GED Required, Associates Degree Preferred

5 - 10 years related work experience in project management in a customer oriented environment.

Exceptional Verbal/Written Communication Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Manage employer’s customer relationships while providing excellent/exceptional service.
  2. Lead and manage internal team, along with handling problem-solving issues as they arise to motivate/enable their success.
  3. Ability to make presentations to management as may be required.
  4. Prepare reports for key Account Metrics and forecast future sales/growth.
  5. Proven ability to lead and multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail.
  6. Communicate with the Sales Team to both identify and grow opportunities within different markets.
  7. Provide suggestions for improvement and market research to Senior Staff.
  8. Responsible for managing several accounts at the same time.
  9. Monitor job progress and maintain production timeliness for every order.
  10. Using existing industry contacts to build new business relationships.
