Help People Find the Right Next Step
At Lindsey Communities, we believe every inquiry is more than a phone call. It is a person or family looking for information, guidance, and confidence that comes from an expert as they make important decisions about care, services, and community living for older adults.
As a Lindsey Communities Guide, you will often be the first person prospective residents, clients, family members, and referral partners connect with. You will build relationships, answer questions, coordinate next steps, and help individuals navigate the services offered across ClarkLindsey, Lindsey Life Home Care, and Lindsey Life Adult Day Services.
You may thrive in this role if you…
• Enjoy talking with people and building relationships, while appreciating clear processes and expectations.
• Like variety in the workday but find satisfaction in organization and established procedures.
• Take pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and thorough follow-through; naturally double-checking work and striving to get things right the first time.
• Prefer providing helpful guidance rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
• Value teamwork, collaboration, and supportive leadership.
• Appreciate clear objectives, defined policies, and structured workflows.
• Enjoy earning trust and becoming a dependable resource.
• Are comfortable seeking guidance while learning, and working independently once confident.
