This full-time, year-round position will offer a predictable schedule and a team environment for getting things done.
Successful maintenance techs and ClarkLindsey have attention to detail, high standards for quality and completion, and a service-minded approach to getting things done. No two days are the same. You will work on assignments like basic electrical repairs, plumbing, renovation, HVAC, painting, drywall, swimming pool oversight, and preventative maintenance. ClarkLindsey will provide all of the tools, equipment and support you will need to get the job done safely and effectively.
Unlike traditional maintenance positions, you'll build relationships with residents and see firsthand how your work makes their homes, safer, more comfortable and more enjoyable.
The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, and grow their skills, as this organization regularly adopts improved systems, techniques, and technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is $24.65 - $27.20, and is based on experience. Performance bonuses are available.

Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain (at company expense) certification to operate an indoor swimming pool within 12 months of hire
- Must be able to walk, climb, bend, stand, reach, push/pull, carry 10 - 50 pounds
- Must be able to speak, read, understand and write in English
- Must abide by ClarkLindsey's HIPAA privacy and security rules
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with team members, residents and the general public
- Clear background check, MVR check, physical and TB test and annual flu vaccine (or alternative)
