Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, engagement and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Professionally and compassionately interact with family and friends of residents.
- Help maintain a clean and safe home environment for residents.
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in Illinois.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
