We are ready to talk to candidates for a Lead Cook position. The ideal candidate is a structured, disciplined, and skillful cook who approaches and completes work with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Banquet experience or a culinary degree are required for this key scratch-cooking position.
This is a full-time position. Shifts require every-other weekend work.

Lead preparation for scratch entrees, soups and deserts, as well as prepping and stocking the kitchen. Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this position is $21.45 - $23.05 per hour, and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.

Job Requirements
- Previous fine-dining or banquet experience is required.
- Must be able to push, pull, and or lift a minimum of 40 pounds to a minimum height of 6 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and or carry such weight a minimum distance of 30 feet.
- Must possess sight/hearing so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
- Must be able to function independently.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
- Must abide by ClarkLindsey’s HIPAA privacy and security rules as described in the Employee handbook.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public.
- Serv-Safe certification required
