Our Dining Services team plays a vital role in daily life—providing high-quality, interesting meals and warm, personal service that supports comfort, connection, and well-being for the residents we serve.
We’re seeking a Lead Server who brings leadership, organization and friendliness to our dining room operation. This role supports daily front-of-house operations while ensuring residents and guests receive outstanding, respectful service. The ideal candidate can work patiently and attentively with residents while efficiently managing service flow, staff, and tasks.
• Lead and support daily dining room operations with a resident-first mindset
• Train, onboard, and coach servers to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Balance friendly, unhurried interactions with residents while keeping service timely and organized
• Ensure staff stay on task and service standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
• Assist with catering events, special programs, and community dining events
• Monitor resident feedback and help adjust service to improve satisfaction
• Support responsible alcohol service when applicable
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living
• Strong staff support, communication, and multitasking skills with a calm, resident-centered approach
• Ability to work patiently and respectfully with residents while keeping service efficient and well-organized
• Experience supporting events or catering preferred
• ServSafe Certification and BASSET certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office including Sharepoint and Teams, POS)

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year. Note that ClarkLindsey team members may not accept tips.
