ClarkLindsey is seeking a 2nd shift Nurse Manager to support clinical operations in Meadowbrook Health Center, a 49-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Urbana. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional care while advancing a culture of dignity, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Tackle:
- Oversee 2nd shift nursing operations to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
- Mentor, support and train health center staff, including RNs, LPNs and CNAs
- Navigate staffing challenges with creativity and persistence, keeping resident satisfaction at the forefront
- Ensure compliance with state, federal and ClarkLindsey’s regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other managers, leadership, team members, residents and families to ensure the resident’s wellbeing desires remain in the forefront of care
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensure:
- Active RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience in a long-term care or post-acute care setting strongly preferred
- Some nursing leadership, administrative, or management experience
- MS Office, including Sharepoint and Teams experience required. Experience with PointClick Care preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong clinical judgment, along with effective communication and leadership abilities
- Awareness of CMS regulations, survey processes, and QAPI frameworks
- Ability to effectively lead through day-to-day challenges
- Interest in staff education and onboarding is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $82,000 - $97,000, salary, and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
