Position Overview

The Lindsey Communities Guide serves as a trusted connector across all Lindsey Communities brands, supporting older adults and their families as they explore services that enhance quality of life, independence, and community connection.

This role guides prospective clients through the inquiry and decision-making process, builds strong relationships, and promotes our continuum of care through personalized education, outreach, and follow-through. The Guide plays a key role in ensuring each individual feels informed, supported, and confident as they consider Lindsey Communities services.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated, compassionate sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, supporting life transitions, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the empathetic, trusted first point of contact for prospective clients and families.
• Build and maintain meaningful, trust-based relationships.
• Develop new referral sources and community partnerships.
• Communicate benefits of services across all Lindsey Communities brands.
• Represent Lindsey Communities at outreach and networking events.
• Maintain accurate sales and CRM reporting.


Desired Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in senior services, healthcare, sales, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and access to a vehicle.


Compensation & Benefits

· Salary range: $59,000 – $65,000 based on experience. Eligible for bonus up to 2% of salary based on performance.
