PART-TIME MARKETING SPECIALIST
Are you a creative storyteller who loves bringing brands to life? Lindsey Communities is seeking a Part-time Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brands — ClarkLindsey and Lindsey Life — and inspire older adults to live their best lives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Content Development
• Produce and publish high-quality content weekly for websites and social media.
• Design graphics, flyers, ads, and visual assets for campaigns. Capture and edit photos and videos for events and promotions.
Social Media Management
• Manage social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more).
• Partner with internal teams to strengthen content strategy.
Event Marketing
• Support marketing efforts for key events.
• Capture real-time content for social media.
Administrative & Digital Marketing Support
• Track marketing metrics and prepare reports.
• Assist in managing campaign and event budgets.
• Oversee Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
WHO YOU ARE
· Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
· 1–2 years of experience in marketing or social media management preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated.
• Experience with social platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud/Canva.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
SCHEDULE
• Part-time, approx. 20 hours/week.
• Hybrid option available after 90 days.
• Occasional evenings/weekends for events.
BENEFITS and COMPENSATION
· The pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour. Company-wide bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
