The pay range for this position is $23.80 - $26.80 per hour and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.

Job Requirements

Per the Illinois Department of Public Health, all team members must receive the annual influenza vaccine (exemption requests will be reviewed). We also encourage team members to get the latest COVID-19 vaccine.
- Electrical background highly preferred.
- Experience with door systems highly preferred.
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Must have required HVAC certification, or have the ability to attain certification by state and federal standards within six months of hire.
- Must be able to bend, stand, reach, and exert 10 to 50 pounds of force.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
- Must abide by ClarkLindsey’s HIPAA privacy and security rules as described in the Employee handbook.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public.
