Job Responsibilities

The Financial Services Supervisor is a subject matter expert in billing and receiving revenues, including receipt reconciliation, ensuring revenues are recorded into the accounting system properly, establishing internal controls, and setting up credit card and other payment options. In addition, the position assists in the preparation of audit workpapers and with the reconciliation of some accounts. This position leads a team of account clerks and administrative professionals.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree with course work in accounting, finance and/or business-related fields.
- Ability to plan and manage the work of subordinate staff.
- An equivalent combination of work experience and training that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
-
- Experience with financial functions, such as billing and cash receipting, or other related tasks.
- Applicable experience in accounting/bookkeeping, or a degree or coursework in Accounting.
- Experience with customer service.
- Experience with complex financial software systems.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Excel and Word, or similar.
Drug screening and criminal background check will be required. The annual starting salary range is $80,082 - $91,167, DOQ, plus an excellent fringe benefits package. Applications must be submitted online no later than Sunday, June 14, 2026.
