· Ability and willingness to travel frequently between Champaign, Chicago, and other locations in Illinois.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to safely complete extended driving assignments.
· Ability to interact respectfully and professionally with residents from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
· Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to complete assignments according to established schedules.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and consistently apply field protocols.
· Basic ability to operate, transport, and troubleshoot electronic monitoring equipment.
· Basic computer and mobile-device skills for communication and field documentation.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain accurate records and protect confidential participant information.
· Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining regular communication with the project team.
· Ability to adapt to schedule changes, cancellations, and changing field conditions.
