The Early Childhood Education Teacher is responsible for managing the classroom, carrying out a developmentally appropriate educational program to meet the individual needs of each child, and promoting good communication between the Head Start program, parents, and the community. Our culture requires that the Early Childhood Education Teacher ensures a supportive, and welcoming environment every day and fosters a sense of belonging and safety for staff, families, and children.
