- Monday through Friday - Office hours are 7am to 4pm. Schedule is flexible within that time frame and can be determined upon hire. 5 - 8 hour days.
Overview
The Accounting Technician I performs a variety of payroll duties involved in the preparation and processing of the bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls. They will trained on Kronos Time and Attendance system, MHC Document Express and Lawson Payroll System. They will also be required to answer employee's general payroll questions (in person, by phone or email) and perform other functions within the Accounting department as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the production and maintanance of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls.
- Monitors and verifies information within the Kronos Timekeeping System.
- Responds to employees and managers various payroll related questions.
- Assists with other accounting and payroll tasks as assigned.
