Overview
Responsibilities
Compose routine and general correspondence in accordance with established office procedures and as directed by supervisor. Prepares, maintains, and distributes various simple, routine reports.
Records and tracks outgoing correspondence to referring physicians.
Types reports, maintain correspondence files, schedule appointments, arrange travel and meetings, maintain and order office supplies.
Coordinate mailings that support department initiatives, compose routine and general correspondence in accordance with established office procedures and as directed by supervisor.
Schedule meetings and arrange appointments for department and key committees; prepare and/or provide necessary documents for use in meetings; attend meetings as requested to take minutes.
Provides computer support to professional staff to include maintenance of database, data entry, and assisting in distribution of reports.
Ensures monthly call schedules are entered into Smart Web after insuring they meet regulatory parameters
