Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D
Work Experience:
flexible problem solver with ability to adjust positively to changes in the work environment. Experience with Windows-based applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Ability to interpret data. Ability to build relationships. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. Ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks and complete them on time and prioritize work. Strong analytical and technical skills to resolve routine problems by following departmental procedures with minimal guidance and supervision. Ability to communicate clearly to others by email, in-person, in writing or by telephone. Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service and personal service. Comfortable working in a production/deadline oriented department; detail oriented.
