Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage Health, Welfare and Retirement offerings.
- Recommends benefit programs
- Analyzes team member requirements, trends and overall changes in the benefits landscape.
- Responds to escalated team member inquiries regarding benefits.
- Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the team members; makes work assignments
- Reviews and edits work of direct reports
- Ensures team members are adequately trained and are competent to perform all required job task.
- Manages annual open enrollment.
- Provides audit support during annual audits
- Works with auditors to ensure all necessary information is received.
- Develops communication plans for benefit changes.
- Coordinates required notice distribution via email and printed materials.
