Overview
Responsibilities
Essential Functions |
| Assists in checking in and supervising independent access clients, if applicable..
|
| Maintains equipment and work environment in an organized manner in accordance with policies and Joint Commission and CMS standards.
|
| Monitors delivery area daily for arrival of orders / supplies and stocks them in the appropriate location in a timely manner.
|
| Provides support to clinical or office personnel according to legal standards and department guidelines.
|
| Sanitizes equipment according to infection control policy and procedure and ensures maintenance of records.
|
| Works with supply coordinator to maintain par levels of supplies necessary for daily clinical operation.

Checks daily temperatures for therapy equipment (hydrocollators, refrigerators, splint pan) |
Stocks therapy supplies and linen |
Cleans and sanitizes therapy equipment per guidelines |
Monitors clients in therapy fitness center and pool |
Provides initial orientation for new fitness center clients |
Receives and tracks payment for facility use (fitness center and pool) |
Schedules independent access appointments |
Qualifications
Licenses/Certifications |

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA) |
