The System Administrator - Scheduling will possess working knowledge and experience in order to identify system issues, provide technical assistance to end-users and make corrections to the scheduling system in real time. System Administrator - Scheduling will manage user permissions and access rights to ensure appropriate access to resources. The System Administrator - Scheduling will have in-depth knowledge of the scheduling system, will be accessible by all Carle Health scheduling users, and be capable of analyzing and testing schedule changes and troubleshooting the scheduling system. This position will provide scheduling coordination support for Carle Health operational teams. Travel throughout Carle Health system will be required to provide training and support for end users.

Acts as a scheduling knowledge resource for scheduling operational teams, managers and supervisors throughout Carle Health system.Assists with the system configuration and testing support during scheduling and attendance system implementation and upgrades.Scheduling system maintenance.Work with interdepartmental professionals to address complex issues and facilitate resolution to end-user issues.Assists in delivery of end-user training.Onboard new employees to ensure they have access to the tools and resources required for their roles.Provides accurate data entry, information retrieval, reporting and documentation.Assists with scheduling coordination at a hospital system level.Provides support for timekeeper functions.Serves as a resource for staffing policies and procedures regarding the scheduling system.Communicate and assist with resolving staff access and troubleshoot schedule issues.Software configuration and maintenance of scheduling software systems. Provides education, support, and troubleshooting to end users via email, telephone, video conference and in person. Excellent communication skills under a variety of circumstances and modalities.

The compensation range for this position is $22.47per hour - $37.52per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
