Overview
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Provide direction and readiness for bi-annual ERP software releases, including vendor communication, testing oversight and implementation planning.
- Program Leadership: Manage weekly ERP release coordination.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and foster strong partnerships that drive project success.
- Project Planning and Delivery: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, milestone planning, risk management, and budgeting. Ensure all projects within the ERP program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Process Optimization: Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues. Implement effective escalation procedures and contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program progress, measure ROI, and report outcomes to executive leadership.
- Collaboration: Manage cross-department activities to ensure each impacted area is actively involved and understands expectation of them for program projects.
•Manage planning and implementation activities for all ERP software releases. •Collaborate closely with ERP vendor to understand release content and areas of testing required. •Create project plans and milestones to track and deploy software releases. •Work closely with change management champion to ensure all release content has appropriate training and reference materials. •Report program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and governing bodies. •Manage other project work within the Project Management Office Portfolio. •Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and stakeholder feedback.
