Overview
This position is primarily work from home, but candidates should be available for onsite work as needed.
The HIPAA Privacy Compliance Analyst coordinates efforts across the Carle organization to identify HIPAA privacy issues, initiatives and standards and implement HIPAA privacy policies and procedures. The role is responsible for conducting privacy case investigations and reporting violations to government authorities and patients when required. Additional responsibilities include reviewing business associate agreements to ensure third-party compliance with HIPAA privacy requirements, develop and deliver HIPAA privacy training and education, and organizing and gathering privacy case investigation data for reporting to organizational committees.
