Overview
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health evaluates and treats patients of all ages for issues related to speech, language, or swallowing. Serves as a role model in the delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.

Qualifications
Driver's License - Secretary of State (SOS); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA); Certification of Clinical Competence Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) - American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA); Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR); Proof of Auto Insurance - Varies
Education:
Master's Degree: Related Field; Master's Degree: Speech Language Pathology
