The Provider Recruitment team is a professional division within the Carle Health system that is dedicated to supporting the strategic initiative growth of Carle Physician Group and is responsible for recruiting for all physician and advanced practice provider (APP) openings within the organization. Our Provider Sourcers work collaboratively with our Provider Recruiters and play an active role in the recruitment process from the time a position is opened through the successful placement of a provider.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
Work Experience:
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in recruiting, marketing, personnel, or related activities preferred.
Understanding of healthcare and medical environment helpful but not required.
Some computer experience preferred.

Must be able to project a professional, pleasant image while interacting with a variety of personalities. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, an exceptional customer service focus and respect for confidentiality. Strong organizational/time management skills required. Must have excellent critical thinking skills in order to identify potential issues and alternative solutions.
**This position supports a hybrid work model. Our Provider Sourcers are able to work from home most days but must be in the office to fulfill conference/career fair responsibilities and attend other meetings as needed.**
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist Provider Recruiters with job description development for new and current physician and APP job openings
- Maintain online advertisements for current physician and APP job openings on both the Carle website and external job boards where applicable
- Work closely with your assigned Provider Recruiters to develop strategic sourcing plans for current physician and APP job openings. The Provider Sourcer is responsible for researching and recommending additional advertising and/or networking resources for current provider openings and conducting industry analyses/market research as needed
- Utilize critical thinking to evaluate candidate appropriateness prior to initiating external outreach efforts for current provider job openings
- Utilize current sourcing tools to coordinate/execute all outreach efforts for current physician and APP job openings (email campaigns, text campaigns, program outreach, etc.). Our Provider Sourcers act as an extension of the Provider Recruiter team and must be able to effectively market current opportunities and the Carle Health system to potential candidates as needed
- Coordinate/prepare for the recruitment team’s participation in upcoming virtual and in-person conferences/career fairs. Responsibilities include managing deadlines, registration, packing/shipping necessary materials, pre/post-show outreach efforts and working closely with our Marketing team to develop necessary recruitment materials for upcoming shows/conferences (digital/print ads, flyers, display pieces, and direct mailers)
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor at all times
- Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $27.9per hour - $46.59per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
