Position Summary
The Business Systems Analyst III performs advanced maintenance and user administration for key banking systems. They coordinate many server and software updates to ensure systems remain current. They will bring their expertise and experience to our team by providing oversight in the review of systems and processes providing feedback to peers when needed.Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Systems Analyst team providing guidance and technical expertise while fostering a collaborative and results driven team culture
- Recommend and implement improvements to current processes related to business systems
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and support the company’s applications and software
- Backup the addition and removal of associates from systems (onboarding and offboarding process)
- Assist with resolving problems of a technical nature
- Assist with testing methodology, scenarios, and execution
- Assist users in resolving problems and answer questions with minimal supervision
- Develop working relationships with third-party vendor support departments
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing technologies and vendor relationships
- Work with vendors and internal staff to install and configure new ATMs
- Proactively monitor ATMs and work with vendor support to correct issues when they arise, escalating critical issues as needed
- Manage ServiceNow incidents while maintaining frequent communication with end-users on troubleshooting efforts
- Manage and administer user rights and roles in key banking applications
- Conduct administrative support of systems and special projects, as needed

- Balance multiple concurrent requests in accordance with organizational priorities and direction from leadership
- Experience implementing new systems and technologies
- Prior managerial experience in the finance industry
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of work experience in a related support role
- 3+ years experience working in the financial services industry
- Ongoing desire to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies
- Experience with Jack Henry systems and interfaces highly desired
Compensation and Benefits
Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
(Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $115,000/annually)
