ABOUT THE MARKETING COORDINATOR POSITION

Birkey's is on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator with a blend of creativity and technical savvy to enhance our brand's narrative. Situated in the vibrant community of Champaign, IL, this role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with another talented Marketing Coordinator, playing a pivotal role in our storytelling efforts across various platforms.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

• Collaborative Campaign Management: Spearhead marketing campaigns, from conception to execution, with the support of our tight-knit team.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud for compelling visual storytelling.
• Generate engaging content for our digital presence, including social media and email marketing.
• Event Photography/Videography: Capture the essence of our brand and community engagement through photos and videos.
• Digital Innovation: Employ tools like Active Campaign, ClickFunnels, and social media management to elevate our digital marketing strategies.
• Creative Brainstorming: Contribute to team brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of marketing trends and leverage insights to keep our brand at the forefront.
• Promotional Design and Selection: Oversee the creation and selection of promotional materials that resonate with our brand identity.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Brings 2+ years of marketing experience, with a flair for creative design and strategic communication.
• Excels in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly InDesign, Lightroom, and Photoshop, and is well-versed in the Apple ecosystem.
• Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, thriving under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects with finesse.
• Has a passion for marketing, underpinned by a strong work ethic and integrity.
