Your Role:

Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of production equipment, machinery, and facility systems within the plant. This role plays a critical part in ensuring maximum equipment uptime, product quality, and compliance with GMP regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Diagnoses and repair mechanical failures on production equipment including mixers, fillers, labelers, conveyors, pumps and packaging lines
• Performs preventative maintenance on facility equipment per required schedule
• Sets up productions lines prior to production shift start to ensure all equipment is running correctly and safely
• Supports production schedule by performing line changeovers as required
• Disassembles, inspects, repairs, and reassemble of mechanical components such as gearboxes, bearings, couplings, and drive systems
• Responds promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production interruptions and restore operations efficiently
• Performs all maintenance activities in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Participates in internal audits, inspections, and corrective action/preventative action (CAPA) processes related to equipment and facilities
• Ensures maintenance work areas and tools are kept clean, organized, and free of contamination risks
• Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE requirements, and confined space procedures
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities to support production
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred

Schedule: 1st Shift

Work Days: Monday –Thursday with OT on Friday and occasional Saturday

Hours: 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM

COMPENSATION: The hourly pay for this role is $28 per hour.
