Your Role

Responsible for the timely staging of components in a safe and efficient manner. Accurately "stage" orders, ensuring work orders are staged to the assigned line in a timely manner to support production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide an internal "Customer Service" attitude that has a high focus on sense of urgency.
• Check forklift and complete safety inspection checklist prior to daily operation.
• Add water to the weekly fork truck assignment.
• Perform work order staging using forklift and report any fork truck issue.
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner that assures personal safety and the safety of others.
• Confirm that work orders are staged accurately by verifying item numbers and quantities.
• Distribute replenishments to the appropriate lines.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy on RF transactions.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and GMP’s.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and resources to support changing needs.
• Maintain an efficient flow of materials and meet daily goals.
• Inform management of problems as they occur and effectively communicate.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leads, supervisor, and manager.

SKILLS:

• Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must.
• The ability to work the required overtime is a must.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate a forklift in a safe efficient manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Possess attention to detail and good basic math skills.
• Possess good teamwork and communication skills.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly pay for this role is $18.50 per hour.
