Your Role:
Responsible for the packaging of high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, in accordance with company standards and production goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform all tasks in a fashion that assures personal safety and the safety of others.
- Confirm that all components on the production line (pumps, stems, caps, and lids) are accurate and appropriate for the product being manufactured, and ensure they are properly assembled.
- Place bottles onto the production line, performing visual inspections to check for defects such as poor printing, holes, and incorrect labeling.
- Inspect and pack bottles coming off the line, ensuring each container is clean, correctly coded, and meets weight specifications.
- Confirm that shipping boxes (shippers) contain the correct quantity of containers and that labeling and printing match between boxes and containers.
- Ensure shipper boxes are properly aligned and processed through the taping machine.
- Participate in task rotation with other line operators at designated time intervals.
- Check tube alignment and inspect for leaks.
- Maintain cleanliness around the production line by cleaning up spills, sweeping the area, and properly disposing of trash.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Perform additional tasks or rework assignments as instructed by team leads or management.
SKILLS:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity and hand speed.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Good vision (corrected if necessary).
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to replenish raw materials and labels.

Work Days: Monday – Thursday
Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM

COMPENSATION:
The hourly pay for this role is $17.50 per hour, with an extra $0.50 per hour shift differential for working flex shift hours.
