Job Title: Inventory Cycle Counter

Reports To: Compliance Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for cycle count and overall inventory maintenance, using accepted inventory procedures to maintain inventory records. Issues required reports on an ongoing basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform all duties of cycle counter position, including cycle counts, staging audits, and resolution of “problem” items and negative balances.
• Cross-train and perform backup work assignments for entire inventory control department as needed.
• Compile department productivity reports and distribute as required.
• Responsible for maintenance of the warehouse management portion of Shiphawk.
• Compile shipping reports for contract customers as needed.
• All other duties as assigned/required by Management.

SKILLS, ABILITIES and EDUCATION:

• Good basic math skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to communicate and operate well as a member of a team.
• Work well without direct supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to physically lift 30 pounds.
