Perform Line Inspections including verification of product weights & torques and verification of line clearance and purge.
Collect, label, and submit retain, finished product and micro samples.
Monitor and maintain retains and retain room.
Perform line log entries, audit sanitization logs and Perform stencil verifications.
Verify aerosol line kick off sheet clearance, maintenance, and completion and perform spray outs.
Notify supervisors and place product on hold for management review when necessary.
Write inspection reports, daily negative line reports, and distribute.
Check finished goods pallet after packaging and apply status stickers to pallet as needed.
Inspect product received from contract packers and fillers.
Collect and send out samples per corporate and customers’ requests.
Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in work areas.
Follow all company policies, procedures, SOP’s and GMPs.
Perform backup for line leads and paperwork processing when necessary.
Perform rework pallet verifications
Perform other duties as assigned by the QC Supervisor.

Skills, Abilities, and Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Must posse’s good math skills to perform mathematical functions in daily work.
Attention to detail.
Neat and legible handwriting.
Previous Production and/ or Quality Control experience required.
Ability to use balances, torque meters, and other measuring devices and equipment.
Possess excellent time management skills and work with minimal supervision.
