Job Description
- 具有良好的安全意识和行为规范；
- 与各职能部门协作，管理外部供应商以达成日常生产工作；
- 了解生产流程，并将其转化为相关的标准化文件和操作规程；
- 确保生产计划按时执行，按时交付，同时保证质量水平和生产效率。与相关部门跟进，以实现最佳生产绩效。
- 协助经理进行现场管理，重点关注生产安全、环境、职业健康问题以及生产安全技术措施；
- 负责或参与制定、修订车间有关安全生产管理制度和安全技术操作规程，并检查执行情况；
- 负责持续改进质量和安全。与整个团队高效协作；
- 参与日常管理，评估、监督和管理下属绩效，以取得最佳成果；
- 制定部门人员发展计划，以确保团队的可持续发展。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，专业为安全、食品科学或相关专业；至少5年生产经验，其中2年以上管理经验；
- 具有较强的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力；
- 工作积极热情，能够接受轮班工作；
- 具有较强的责任心和安全意识。
