Working under the direction of the Manager of Technology and Security Services, you'll play a key role in keeping systems efficient, secure, and future-ready. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain computing environments
• Provide expert-level support on operating systems, business software, and internet applications, ensuring staff and members stay productive and connected.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Execute critical system operations such as backups and monitor disk usage.
• Support website's performance and functionality, collaborating with third-party vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience administering Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with networking, Wi-Fi, and firewalls (e.g., SonicWALL)
• Understanding of electric utility systems, metering, or hybrid AD environments
• Awareness of PHI and regulatory compliance responsibilities
